FREE SHIPPING for all our Western Red Cedar, Teak and Chinese Oak furniture products within the Continental USA and Canada.
The pricing for our Cheese Boards and BBQ Accessories is quoted exclusive of shipping, the cost of shipping to addesses in the Continental USA and Canada is calculated at time of purchase.

Continental USA.
If you live in the Continental USA the price you see on our website for Western Red Cedar, Teak and Chinese Oak products is the final price you pay. There are no other hidden fees, charges or additions that you will unexpectedly have to pay when the delivery arrives at your door ... no brokerage fees, no import duties, no surprises...nothing!
California Sales Taxes - Dining & Barbecue Accessories Products.
California Residents will be charged Sales Tax on all PicnicTime products including Dining and Barbecue Accessories. The rate of tax is based on a State Board of Equalization Rate that is calculated off wholesale Not the Retail price.

As stated above the pricing for our PicnicTime Cheese Boards and BBQ Accessories is quoted exclusive of shipping, the cost of shipping to addesses in the Continental USA is calculated at time of purchase.


Hawaii & Alaska.
Please Contact Us for a quote for shipping prior to placing your order with details of the products you're interested in and the ship to address. Unfortunately there will be additional ship fees.

Canada.
If you live in Canada your shipping for Western Red Cedar, Teak and Chinese Oak products is Free.
Our Cheese Boards and BBQ Accessories come from a US supplier and you will have to pay the Brokerage Fees and Sales taxes at the time of delivery. Brokerage fees should be in the $25.00CDN - $40.00CDN then add what the tax man wants.

Europe/International.
The products we sell have been shipped worldwide but additional shipping fees will apply so we do not offer direct ordering off the site at this time. Please Contact Us with the products you're interested in also the ship to address and we'll get a quotation to you. Ship times will vary, approximately 8-12 weeks by Ground for Europe, a few days by Air but the cost will, of course, be much greater.

Correct Addressing.
Please make sure your address is correct and complete so that Fed-Ex/UPS can find you! Include your full postal address; Street address (no P.O Boxes) including Suite and Apartment numbers, City, Postal Code, Zip Code and Phone Number (if they can't find you they may phone for directions but they may just send the shipment back). In the event a shipment is sent to an incorrect address due to an error on our part, we will have the shipment re-routed at our expense.

Natural Finishes
  Except in the busiest of times (typically April through July) an adequate inventory of all our products is available. If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours and generally within 24 hours.
Out of Stock Notification.
  If an item is not available immediately we will inform you and let you know when it will be shipped.

Procedure to Return Merchandise Top
Shipping Damage.
All our products are packed securely however in the event of shipping damage please follow these instructions.
1. If there is any damage to the packaging when the item arrives, please open the item before the driver leaves to inspect it for damage.
NOTE that the packaging was damaged on the Way Bill BEFORE you sign for it and have the driver sign as well, and then Contact Us IMMEDIATELY.
This is very important in the claim process if the item turns out to be damaged inside due to shipping and since courier companies have a strict time limit after which a claim cannot be made.
2. If the contents are significantly damaged upon arrival and not just a matter of replacing an arm paddle for example then refuse the delivery AND write on the Way Bill that the package and item arrived significantly damaged and we will send you another one without any cost to you whatsoever. This is very important. Please Email or Call us IMMEDIATELY to expect an item that has been refused delivery for any reason, otherwise it may not be accepted back, especially if it has been damaged during original shipping and we have not been informed.
3. If the packaging looks fine, you've accepted it, but once opened there is damage, again, contact us immediately and keep all packing materials and package contents.
4. As the Shipper we will take care of contacting the Courier company if the item needs to be returned due to damage.

In order to return any piece, please follow the instructions above.
Returns will not be accepted if they are not properly adhered to:
Conditions
1. Contact Us Before you return the Item to receive a Return Authorization Code
2. Item must be sent back within 15 days from date of receipt, otherwise returns may not be accepted.
3. All products and packaging must be in their original condition to receive a full refund, otherwise repackaging and/or restoration fees may apply and be deducted from the refund amount.
4. If the item is damaged beyond repair for any reason (excepting documented damage made by FedEx/UPS (or other chosen delivery company before you initially received the item) and not suitable for re-sale, the return will not be accepted.
5. The Maximum Refund you will receive is your original purchase price plus we refund original shipping charges, if any. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
If the Incorrect Item has been Shipped to you.
If the incorrect item has been shipped to you by accident, we will pay for the return shipping charges and ship you the correct item free of charge, but please Contact Us immediately so that WE can arrange for the FedEx/UPS Ground pickup. Alternatively you may simply refuse the delivery if you are immediately aware of the mistake and then Contact Us at once and WITHOUT DELAY so that we can expect the returned item and do not reject it on our side as an unauthorized return.

We use a Secure Certified Shopping Cart on our site which will then hand your details over to PayPal to process your Credit Card, either Visa, Mastercard, AmEx or Discover.

2. By Phone. Have your personal information and credit card information at hand.
3. By Mail. As part of our checkout process select "Printable Order Form (Postal Mail)" click on Checkout and an Order Form will be displayed for you to print.
Add your Credit Card information (or you can enclose a check), sign the form and mail it to us.
If paying by check we will not ship until your check clears.
